So you’ve been looking thru clips upon clips on YouTube.. And i’m sure one of you have tried ripping the clip of the site, or cari it from your cache (those IT illiterate, cache = the place where ur computer temporarily simpan the files it downloads)..

1. Go to the youtube.com clip you want to download, eg: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_BuRwH59oAo
2. After the page loaded, right click the site and view source.
3. You’ll see a whole bunch of gibberish codes on your screen that i myself most probably won’t understand anyway. Press Ctrl + F and search for “player2.swf?video_id” – without the quotes
4. You’ll later see something like this:
5. “/player2.swf?video_id= lOP4Lu_q-hk&l=380&t=OEgsToPDskJyemJZl-b5jr4zWS1ZjQ-
6. I&s=3CA5B83238DF21B4:53C662DC848F75CD”, “movie_player”, “450″, “370″, 7, “#FFFFFF”);
7. Copy the code from the first ‘=’ till the closing quote (“). eg: lOP4Lu_q-hk&l=380&t=OEgsToPDskJyemJZl-b5jr4zWS1ZjQ -I&s=3CA5B83238DF21B4:53C662DC848F75CD
8. Paste that code into your browser OR download manager and add “http://youtube.com/get_video.php?video_id=” (without the quotes of course) IN FRONT of the code you copied/pasted earlier.
9. Then you should be downloading a file. Save it as a .flv extension file.
10. Lastly, use a video converter software (like Total Video Converter) and convert it into other formats which your media player can see.

Simple!

If you’re using FlashGet download manager (others may be applicable as well), you could save all the links u downloaded into a text file and download it all together at once. To use, open FlashGet, go to the File menu, and to Import List. Next select your text file filled with all the things u wanna download. then choose your download destination, and wala!
