There are several Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare hacks out there regarding to aimbot, autofire, wallhack, etc. Some of which I’ve tried but couldn’t work, maybe because the files provided were not complete and other various reasons.

One of the programs I’ve tested is Jaegerbomb, but it didn’t work for my version.

There is another aimbot/autofire/wallhack script that will run on Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare version 1.7. You can download it from here (called COD4Hook). I’ve tested this on v1.7 and with GArena and it works perfectly.

How to use COD4Hook with GArena:

• Extract the COD4Hook into the same folder as Call of Duty 4 (should be under C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty)
• Go to your Garena
• Go to Settings
• Select Call of Duty 4
• Change your game path to the COD4Hook file
• Press Apply, and OK
• Run the game in GArena.
• COD4Hook will ask for the COD4MW multiplayer game path, so select the game path and apply.
• The game should start.

How to use COD4Hook: While in game, press the Insert key to bring up the in-game menu.
